Companies still believe that all decisions are made by a man

My significant other and I were as of late remodeling our home and we were similarly associated with the choices, aside from the washroom. I genuinely don't have the slightest care about what the tile in the washroom resembles or then again in the event that the tub has some extravagant wave. This is the place where I shower, poop and shave. However long it has a working shower, latrine and sink, I'm cheerful.

Pretty much every worker for hire conversed with me about everything, despite the fact that I told them again and again that my significant other had a superior eye for detail and they should reach her. I have memory issues, in some cases I can't recollect the names of things, so we saw flooring tests and settled on what we really wanted. My significant other realized we wanted an "outdated oak" or whatever, however the project worker never needed to converse with her. So I would remain, attempting to reply: "We loved the dim, dislike the dazzling dim, hazier dark. However, not dull dim, which was excessively dim. Do you have at least some idea which one I mean?"

At any rate, the organization we utilized for the washroom straight wouldn't examine choices except if I was there. Didn't show her examples, didn't actually take a look at plans, nothing. So I wound up bringing my work PC into the cafeteria when we had a gathering booked and simply overlooking them while I worked and they conversed with me. Each time they inquired, "Would you lean toward X or Y?" I would just answer, "I concur with my significant other on this," and they would be compelled to get a reaction from her. It was so irritating.

Also why? Sexism. That is the explanation. Organizations actually accept that all choices are made by a man, and decline to change their perspective. There is no compelling reason to look past this.
